The calculator runs inside your browser. Your weight and reps aren't ever sent to us.

What remains in your browser

• When you pick lb or kg, your browser stores that choice in local storage under the label "unit". That way, the site remembers your choice when you return.
• While you type, the address bar displays your numbers, such as ?w=225&r=10&u=lb. You can then share them with "Copy link". They remain on your device unless you share that link with others.

Data sent to the server for this site

Each time a page opens, a short, anonymous note goes to the server for this site. The site also sends one when you view your first result, scroll or stay for a while, or click through to another website. Each note includes:

• which of the four events happened, along with the page you're viewing;
• if your screen is narrow or wide;
• a referring site's name, if there was one;
• the name of the other site when a link leads to it

Your typed weight and reps never show up in those notes. They only count visits and track whether anyone uses the calculator.

What this site never does

There are no cookies, accounts, ads or third-party scripts here. This page doesn't fetch anything from servers run by other companies.

Your privacy choices

When the Global Privacy Control signal is sent by your browser, no notes go out at all. Clearing this site's data through your browser settings also clears the saved unit, and you can do that whenever you want.
